We are a group of strong, dedicated and ambitious women of different backgrounds with a passion to impact lives of girls and women who are marginalized. Our goal is to present young girls and women opportunities to engage them in life sustaining teachings and skills that motivate change and result in positive outcomes.
Creative Director
Tanasia Bailey
Tanasia is the proud Creative Director of Girls on a Mission with Ambition. She is from Linden, NJ & is 29 years old. She loves to use her imagination & visions to create, have fun, & dance. She was Homecoming Queen in High School & continues to carry herself with such grace in all that she does.
Treasurer
Sindy Diogene
Sindy is a Registered Nurse for 17 yrs with a dual Bachelor's degree in Nursing and Biology. She is Nationally Board Certified in Medical-Surgical and Ambulatory Care Nursing. Her compassion for helping others and making a difference sparked her career interest. She attributes her blessings to her generosity and devotion to lending a hand to others. Sindy is the Treasurer for Girls on a Mission with Ambition and the Chief Financial Officer for AAME Nonprofit, volunteering her time to helping underserved children in developing countries. Her selfless heart, compassion and past experiences in serving others is what draws her to work with Nonprofit organizations.

Jamease Thomas
Hi! My name is Jamease Thomas Director of Community Outreach for Girls on a Mission with Ambition. My mission is to empower and encourage young girls to achieve their dreams and goals through education, mentorship, and community service. Through my work, I strive to create a safe space for young girls to be heard and supported as they take steps towards success. I believe that every girl should have access to resources that can help them reach their full potential, regardless of their background or circumstances. I'm dedicated to helping girls find the support they need in order to make positive changes in their lives as well as others around them.
Community Outreach Liason
Niki Allen
Niki Allen is an established business professional with over 20 years of customer and field service experience. She earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology from Kean University, and is currently an Operations Manager with Elizabethtown Gas. Niki is a servant leader who offers her time, services, and contributions to help build her community as she operates in many roles. Passionate about working with, developing and inspiring youth, she served for a number of years as Youth Leader for Siloam Hope Memorial Church in Elizabeth. She is currently the Community Outreach Liaison for Girls on a Mission with Ambition, mentoring and serving young women between 12-18 years. Her fearless and altruistic attitude and strong passion in serving others benefit the people in the community. Niki’s purpose is to encourage and empower everyone she encounters, and to focus her efforts on being an impactful community leader today for a better tomorrow.
Program Administrator
Perla Jorge
She is a woman if life & light who will be sure to nurture all of those around her. Born & raised in Brooklyn, NY -Perlamoved to NJ & is excelling in every way imaginable. One of her greatest accomplishments is being the Program Administrator of Girls on A Mission with Ambition. She makes sure that one smile & hug at a time, all of our girls feel the love & support from her to them.
Lead Mentor
Janae Jackson
Janae Jackson
An established professional who is multifaceted. When she sees an opportunity, she goes for it. This resulting in her multiple licenses and certifications. Janae is a licensed New Jersey Real Estate Salesperson, a licensed cosmetologist.
Janae has a passion for people. A natural, nurture, may even describe her. With that very strong characteristic, she serves her community as the current administrative assistant for the Social Services/Welfare.
She is a lead mentor for Girls on a mission with ambition and takes pride in empowering the young ladies of the organization and community by being an example of a successful young black woman.
Coordinator
Ania Cotton
Ania (ah-nee-ah) Cotton is a marketing professional with a passion for serving others. She graduated from Hampton University with her degree in Strategic Communications, and is currently a Digital Marketing Specialist for Americas’ SAP Users Group (ASUG). Ania serves as the Workshop Coordinator for Girls on a Mission with Ambition, where she is able to help young girls reach their full potential. She’s passionate about empowering our youth, and believes in the importance serving as a positive role model. Ania is proud to make a positive, long-lasting impact on our girls through her service work.
Content Creator
Tiamoyia White
Tiamoyia White has worked in Marketing and Branding for 7 years. She is the Owner of Business and Branding LLC, in which she builds brands with small business owners and entrepreneurs and has hosted numerous networking events to increase the exposure of local and statewide entrepreneurs. As part of branding, Tiamoyia White has worked hard to encourage business owners to understand the foundations of brand building and bring awareness to the creative aspect to stand out from their competitors. She has earned her degree in Fashion Merchandise and Marketing from Berkeley College including completing many digital marketing courses.
