Founder's Bio

Scarlette Gaudin is the Founder and Executive Director of Girls on a Mission with Ambition. Ms. Gaudin is a very productive, resourceful, dedicated and multi-faceted leader who spends her time serving her community.  With over 15 years of experience working with Nonprofit Organizations, she has served countless youth and young adults in various communities in New Jersey and Pennsylvania. She earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Biology from Lock Haven University. During her collegiate career she accessed invaluable experiences and knowledge working as a mentor to the youth in the community and the incoming freshmen students.

Ms. Gaudin is currently an Environmental Specialist who ensures the health and safety for all the students and staff throughout the Newark Board of Education School District. In her many roles, she serves as the Director of Operations for All About Motivation and Education (AAME) Nonprofit Organization serving the youth in underdeveloped countries to provide access to quality education. Ms. Gaudin is also the Committeewoman for the 5th Ward serving the constituents in Roselle Park, New Jersey. 

Ms. Gaudin set a goal to start a nonprofit organization dedicated to doing the work to impact her community and beyond. On February 24, 2018, she achieved her goal of launching a non-profit organization, Girls on a mission with Ambition, to benefit girls and women of color living in underserved communities in the State of New Jersey. Ms. Gaudin is proud to work with a team of phenomenal, ambitious and devoted group of women in which our focus is on the importance of service, work ethic, and integrity.

Ms. Gaudin attributes all her success to God; “In the same way, let your light shine before others, that they may see your good deeds and glorify your Father which is in heaven” Mathew 5:16 NIV.
