Annual BeYOUtifull Girls Empowerment Conference

Our Conference is a community-wide event for Union/Essex Counties and surrounding areas with educational workshops led by professionals, entrepreneurs, community leaders, all women of color who are breaking barriers and creating a path for success. Girls ages 10-18 are welcomed to join us for a day of empowerment, education, pampering and fun!

This workshop will create an inspirational and exhilarating experience for the young girls throughout New Jersey. There are multiple educational workshops with rotating breakout sessions. The workshops cover a variety of topics such as mental health, societal pressures, self-confidence, leadership, entrepreneurship and more.

We plan to treat them with a day of glamor with a mini spa treatment of manicures and makeup.  During this event, food will be served and we will also have a stride with pride runway to encourage the girls to walk with confidence.

Your contribution will help make this event a great success and we hope to reach as many sponsors as possible to allow 100+ girls to have and share a remarkable experience with their peers.
