OUR VISION
We envision Girls on a Mission with Ambition to become a dynamic movement everywhere. We will empower girls and women of color to embrace their unique qualities, fostering a sense of self-worth and confidence as they nurture their ambitions and strive to achieve their life missions.
We are on a mission to promote positive development in academic, career, personal and social domains.
We champion sisterhood and will build a network of women who will mentor, support and lead young girls to excel and achieve success.
We work to enhance access to sustainable resources, forging a pathway for the success and thriving of girls and women of color in New Jersey. At the heart of our work is the promotion of sisterhood, guided by a team of exceptional women who serve as community leaders, professionals, and entrepreneurs.
At Girls on a Mission with Ambition, we recognize the unique financial, social and mental health challenges faced by teen girls in underserved communities and the importance of providing them with early support and guidance. Through mentorship, support and leadership, we strive to empower young girls and build future leaders, enabling them to become responsible and invaluable members of society.
