COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT OFFICER

DUNISHA JULIEN

Dunisha Julien was born and raised in New Jersey and currently pursuing her undergraduate degree with a major in Public Health, along with a minor in Business and Leadership Development through Civic Engagement at Montclair State University. She is an event coordinator for the Haitian Student Association Club, and she is also a peer mentor for the Bonner Leader Program. She also volunteers at the Ennoble Hospice Care, where she provides compassionate support and assist the patients with daily activities.

I serve as the Community Engagement Liaison for Girls on a Mission with Ambition. In that role she focuses on fostering connections and facilitating impactful community initiatives and creating surveys to measure impact.

In her free time, she is deeply committed to community engagement and volunteering, striving to make a meaningful impact wherever I can. I find great fulfillment in connecting with and mentoring young girls, and I believe that my relatively close age allows me to relate to them in a unique way.

Her goal is to empower and guide them as they navigate their journeys.
