Jill Johnson is the Founder and Principal Consultant of JLJ Strategic Solutions LLC and serves as Board Trustee and Program Development Chair for Girls On A Mission With Ambition. She leads strategic fund development initiatives, has secured funding to expand the organization’s impact, and designs innovative mentoring and leadership programs that empower girls to thrive academically and professionally. Jill is known for translating complex goals into actionable frameworks that drive measurable outcomes and long-term growth.

Her consulting work is grounded in nearly three decades of corporate leadership experience at Prudential Financial, where she held senior roles across governance, public affairs, and corporate social responsibility. She led strategy and operations for Prudential’s $1.3 million Political Action Committees and served as a liaison advancing philanthropic and public policy initiatives aligned with the company’s social impact priorities. She also served as Chief of Staff to senior executive leadership and held key governance roles within the Law Department and Office of the Corporate Secretary, strengthening board operations, compliance infrastructure, and cross-functional coordination. Jill contributes to fund development and finance efforts for Girl Scouts Heart of New Jersey, and serves as Managing Director and Secretary of the Central Jersey Alumnae Foundation. She is an active member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc., and a dedicated volunteer with Braven, Inc., supporting first-generation college students in launching strong careers.

Jill brings nearly 30 years of corporate leadership experience in governance, strategy, and stakeholder engagement. She holds a Master of Arts in Law with a concentration in Governance, Compliance & Regulation from Montclair State University and a B.A. in Economics from Rutgers University.

She is married and the proud mother of two adult sons.
