FOUNDER & CEO
SCARELTTE GAUDIN
Scarlette Gaudin is a mission-driven, visionary nonprofit leader with over 18 years of experience designing and scaling high-impact programs, mobilizing resources, and leading organizational growth across New Jersey and Pennsylvania. Ms. Gaudin holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Biology from Lock Haven University. She has a proven track record of educating and empowering over 1000+ girls and young women through initiatives in financial literacy, mental health, performing arts and leadership development.
As the founder and Chief Executive Officer of Girls On A Mission with Ambition. Ms. Gaudin has built grassroots initiatives that provide safe, supportive spaces for young women in underserved communities. She leads strategic planning, program development, operational management, volunteer engagement, and fundraising, having secured 6-figures through grants, corporate sponsorships, and fundraising events.
As a Board Member and Director of Operations for All About Motivation and Education (A.A.M.E.) Nonprofit, she creates donor engagement strategies, including stewardship plans and recognition programs, and has oversight of the annual benefit galas and community fundraisers. In her role she is committed to creating opportunities that aids in providing access to quality education to children residing in underdeveloped countries.
Ms. Gaudin is currently the Environmental Specialist for Newark Board of Education with over 10 years in the Environmental and Occupational Health Industry also accounting for her time with NJ Department of Health.
Ms. Gaudin’s leadership has been formally recognized with a New Jersey State General Assembly Citation for outstanding community service, a Roselle Park Mayor’s Proclamation for community leadership and impact, and other various acknowledgments and awards celebrating her contributions to community service, leadership and empowerment.
Ms. Gaudin humbly attributes all her achievements to her faith, acknowledging the importance of letting one’s light shine before others and giving glory to God, as -Matthew 5:16 NIV.
OUR FOUNDER'S STORY
Scarlette Gaudin founded Girls On A Mission with Ambition on February 24, 2018, with a clear vision: when girls of color are seen, supported, and empowered, there are no limits to what they can achieve. Years of mentoring youth across urban communities in New Jersey and Pennsylvania revealed to her the transformative power of guidance, encouragement, and mentorship. Scarlette witnessed girls with underdeveloped confidence and limited resources blossom into confident, purpose-driven young women ready to lead, innovate, and give back.
She also saw the immense challenges faced by hardworking families striving to provide for their children without access to time, funding, or opportunities that would allow their potential to flourish. Driven by a commitment to equity and impact, Scarlette brought together a dynamic team of women united by mentorship, sisterhood, and service.
Girls On A Mission with Ambition was born to provide education, enrichment, and empowerment—through mentorship programs, workshops, skill-building initiatives, and conferences—creating meaningful experiences and opportunities that transform lives and cultivate the leaders of tomorrow.

Because of supporters like you, we’ve been able to provide programs that increase confidence, foster independence, and open doors to opportunities that these young women might never have imagined. Our impact is great, reaching over 650 girls. Thanks to all who support our mission, our initiatives have boosted student achievement and engagement for underrepresented youth and connected hundreds of girls with mentorship, career readiness, mental health and financial literacy resources.
